Once you arrive at MADISON & cO enter the door TO THE RIGHT OF OUR SIGN THAT HAS OUR LOGO ON IT. Make yourself cozy in our waiting area. RELAX in one of our chairs or hangout on our couch. I promise not to make you wait long!
I will introduce myself to you and we will start your appointment. Your appointment will begin with a 10-15 minute consultation. I like to know what your hair history has been over the past year and what your hair goals are. I also like to know what you like or dislike about your hair and what your haircare routine consist of. This means how you care for your hair at home, what products you use, and how often you like to visit the salon.
Once we decide what our short term and long term goals are with your hair we will get your service started! During this time please make yourself comfortable! i encourage you to bring a book or if you love tiktok as much as i do bring those airpods! this appointment is about you so enjoy your time away from all your responsibilites and relax!
You will then be able to enjoy a luxury wash house experience. Relax in our dimmed lighted wash house while you get to experience a one of a kind head massage and enjoy the scents of aromatherapy.
We will wrap up our time together with a nice blow out, and confirming our maintenance schedule. We will set up your next appointment, I will give you recommendations for at home care that best suits your needs, and will send you out feeling your absolute BEST.
